SFE Freight & Logistics – Terms of Service 

By engaging SFE for freight, heavy equipment hauling, or commodity transport, you agree to the following terms:

 

Scope of Services

 

SFE provides transportation and logistics services for general freight, heavy equipment, and bulk commodities. All services are subject to availability, route feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

Clean Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipment details and documentation
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling
• Notify SFE of any hazardous or oversized materials in advance

 

Liability & Insurance

 

SFE maintains cargo liability coverage as required by law. Additional insurance may be arranged upon request. SFE is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or force majeure events.

 

Payment Terms

 

Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees.
